How Many Stars Are There in Our Universe?

This answer has a lot of zeros behind it …

The estimate that's out there is 200,000,000,000,000,000,000,000 stars. That’s 23 zeros (two hundred sextillion) – and there could be even more! Astronomers are just guessing.

 What do you think?
